We should look at history rather than do just an exposition of the actual words used or the interpretation of people who are biased about Christians taking acoholic drinks. What kind of wine press did the Jews have in the past ? How did they go about making this wine ? If most, if not all, Jews made wine the same way since settling down in the Promised Land, it could be assumed that this same wine was used in the wedding. So let's do some research on this part of their culture.
