What you say is reasonable. But that was definitely not the trust as posted by him. He would advocate no alcohol at all, and claims a biblical basis for it.
He is certainly misled, and have no right to impose this extra-biblical belief on others. Jesus certainly made wine, the very best variety, probably comparable to Petrus, or Mouton Rothschild, or the Australian Grange. Bon apetit.
