Drinking Wine is allow or not, it all depend on what is your purpose in consuming. If it is use for medication purpose, it is OK.

1 Timothy 5:23 - Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.

But if your purpose is for celebration or normal consumtion, then I don't think it is right. The Bible said that we are Kings and Kings must not drink wine.

Revelation 5:10 - And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Proverbs 31:4 - It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
