Enjoy... But remember
"Don't give in to winning the argument
and losing one of your eternal crowns..."

Must read Bible very carefully. Don't just gloss it over and only focus on the goodie signs and wonders part. Also you set too low a standard to measure whether the works are genuine or not. You said: "What about those miraculously healed? The healings are all in the Name of Jesus" Matthew 7:21 says "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." I would have thought it obvious that EACH and EVERY CHRISTIAN must obey the Bible's command to remain constantly on alert. No friend, it not just up to ME or even YOU. We all MUST play our part. Well, sad to say, we (the body of Christ) have failed thus far in our duty collectively. That is why the 'market' is proliferated with all manner of false teachings, false prophets. We can do the bidding of these 'suspect' leaders and fool ourselves into thinking that 'revival' is here etc... when in actual fact, Satan is the one who is actually winning. OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE! READ THESSALONIANS! (shown below!) 2 Thessalonians 2:7-12 ---------------------- 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 ---------------------- 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds. |
