Hi Edmund:

Yeah, I love "man tau" with "kong ba". But like you say, can't eat too much, especially with age catching up. A favorite eating place near my workplace just opened up after 8 months of renovation. A few very good stalls there, especially the "ka li" rice. Cheap and good. Queued half an hour for it this afternoon. And the tapioca cake stall, don't even have a chance to queue.

>>>It also goes to imply that one cannot say with certainty that it DID. Thats the point I have been making about evolution. It takes as much "faith" (much more in my opinion)to believe in evolution as it does in God.<<<

I don't think any scientists will say any theory is true with 100% certainty, except maybe certain mathematical theorems. I guess it involves an assessment of the whole evolutionary scenario, and also a principle called Occam's Razor. There's plenty (haha, you won't agree) of evidence from other areas that support evolutionary theory. In the field of paleontology, it is unfortunate that hominid fossils are not something you can just dig up from the backyard any day. Even so, enough have been found, both hominids and animals (remember the horse hehheh) to present a picture that has a high probability of truth. Coupled with findings from other fields like biology, genetics, and even computer algorithms, there is strong corroboration of these evidences in favour of evolution.

So yes, I don't think it is 100% certain, but the probability of it being true based on current evidence is very high. Is that faith?

Regards.
