Enjoy... But remember
"Don't give in to winning the argument
and losing one of your eternal crowns..."

Gentlemen, Hi, my usual computer is out and so will get back again asap. Btw, I am neither a creationist nor an evolutionist. I believe there is no problem between Science and the Bible. It all depends on how we interprete the data. Not all scientists are geniuses. So far it is generally agreed that Newton and Einstein are geniuses. If the majority of scientists hold a certain view it does not necessarily mean they are right. All you need is for one genius to appear and what used to be held for a long time as a theory may turn out to be incorrect. So majority view, even among scientists proves nothing. In any case within the scientific community there are lots of controversies and debates on all topics and the last word is never said in science on anything. A very brilliant scientist can always throw more light on or even disprove previous theories which was held by other scientists. Science is a progressive subject and one has to keep up with the latest discoveries and revise past theories all the time. So in view of the variable state of scientific knowledge at any given time, I think it is rather precarious to bet on one's eternal destiny based on Science alone. A genius only comes once in a long time and it is not easy to understand geniuses. So it seems God has solved the problem by sending His prophets who are ordinary people to reveal His truths in simpler terms to the majority of people. Once again I say the majority of scientists are not in the same class as Newton or Einstein and it is no wisdom to put one's eternal destiny in the hands of them. But God does speak through Science for those who know how to read the Book of Nature. Not everybody can do that but then not everybody is an Isaac Newton. Cheerio! |
