-------------- In scripture Luke 4:8 showing Jesus answering "...worship the Lord your God and serve him only.". elsewhere in other scripture tells us that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one goes to the Father except through Jesus. When i read the bible as it is, i see that we should worship or pray to GOD the Father through Jesus Christ. There is only 1 GOD the FATHER (FATHER) and 1 Begotten SON OF GOD (JESUS). The SON OF GOD (JESUS) is subjected to His FATHER (GOD) . I cannot find the scripture speaking about 2 GODS or 3 GODS. I believe that "For God so loved the world .. whosoever believes in him (Jesus) will have eternal life.." Only through the blood of Jesus can Man be redeemed. Questions: 1. Do we have to believe in trinity (Three persons but 1 God) in order to be saved? if a Born-again Christian believes that there is only 1 Person of GOD who is the Father and there is only 1 Person of the Begotten Son of God who is Jesus Christ, is he incorrect or unsaved?. Any comments? |
