Mr Interested, Did you carefully read up at the site given? If not, please do so. I thank god for the site to let me understand early churches'doctrine which have been kept from the eyes of protestants. They are not be blamed at all. Read the purgatory and rosary article and their explanation as I am not very free to type and type to people who don't appreciate. I don't want to be recognized by others a whatever true evangelist or whatever. I have said million times already, its faith that counts, church doctrines and dogmas don't draw our faith from God neither do they cause us to sin but for the cults and Seventh-Day Adventist, I keep myself far away from them. Buddhists' belief? Buddhists don't interpret Purgatory at all, c'mon! My Grandparents and relatives are tradtional Buddhists, to them, merits on earth earn them credits to heaven, or if the merits or credits are not up to heaven's expectation, they must recieve effects of Karma and enter process of reincarnation of being reborn again which is the NIRVANA. There is no such place in Heaven for them as Purgatory. Please do not corrupt dogmas and doctrines with Buddhism, they may not be happy and may even draw themselves away from knowing more about Jesus. Respect other's religion, and they will respect ours too. If you still want to compare Catholicism and Buddhism in similarity, please visit their website or just merely go to a Temple where you can ask their Reverends and senior monks and nuns. Curiosity kills the Cat, don't keep yourself busy just to identify others who they are and prove yourself correct at all times based on your Protestantic founder's teaching, you are self-oriented and not practising "Universally" I don't think Buddhism issues should be brought into Antioch as non-believers may be annoyed by your provoking issues and cause them to think twice about receiving Christ as their savior. For your infomation, the purification of Buddhists in their beieves is , through merits and life-cycle of reincarnation. They are born to earn merits and purify themselves from their last and previous lives' sins. I suggest you buy a Sutra of Goddness of Mercy and read it up yourself, maybe you can ask my mum too! Haha! I forgot, lots of Buddhism spiritual books are free and you can just get them outside their Joss-paper and Incense shop, think twice what am I trying to tell you, Stop being a fundamentalist and Anti-Catholic. warmest regards |
