Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your comments. Your sincerity is appreciated. However, I must disagree that:

1. Truth is a matter of point of view. I believe the Bible for what it is, the Word of God, and it does NOT support roman catholic doctrine at all.

2. The Truth is already out. We will agree of Jesus being the Son of God, and that salvation is through Him and Him alone. roman catholics believe this, and more...its the more that is wrong.

3. I am happy to accomodate different ideas on areas that are not doctrinal in nature, eg singing with raised hands, dancing to the Lord, the strict use of traditional hymns or more exuberant methods of praise, of church structure. But doctrine of God and Christ are not ideas, but founded firmly, and clearly on scripture that is distorted by certain roman catholic teachings.

4. I will be happy to share a coffee with you, or with a Buddhist or Free Thinker (like Seeker, although that will probably include some sushi as well!). But that does not extend to agreeing that different points of view have to be equally valid. The yardstick is the Bible alone.

Thank you for pointing out that Mr Matthew Tan and you are not part of the same cohort. Mr Tan has used the technique of hiding half truths within a deluge of words to smother what is plain teaching in the Bible. The website you and your friends have posted also share the same error of his postings.

regards
