Hi Shaky,

Do not put the blame on yourself. If we want to love other, we must first love ourself. Try putting all the blame on the devil (some people may not agree). The devil is a very cunning being, and we all know that he is a liar. He know the Bible more than anything of us. He can also use scripture to put us down. Eg. He may put evil thoughts into your mind and then, he will tell you, you Christian think/do such thing and if you are not careful, you will fall into his trap and will start blaming yourself.

My advise is to pray and fast, and always go back to the Word if necessary. Remember, do not entertain evil thoughts. Just call out the name of Jesus, and it will disappear.

Take your time, we are afterall, human being.
