Hi Interested,
I don't believe in any further revelations after Christ. God has in these last days spoken to us through His Son, Heb 1:1, and that is it. This final revelation is recorded for us in the NT. No more revelations and no more prophets after that, as far as I am concerned. ***The Bible talks about the five fold ministies. If there is no more prophets, then there will not be apostles, teachers, evangelists and pastors also. Btw, I believe that is still revelation that can be found in the Bible. 1 Corinthians 12:28 - And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Ephesians 4:11 - And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; Ephesians 4:4-6 says, "... there is one Spirit, ... one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." So, the plain teaching of the Scripture is there is one Spirt, one Lord and one God and Father, who is above all. Also there is only one baptism. No such thing as rebaptism for any reason. ***I agree there is only one baptism. If baptised correctly, then no need to rebaptise. If baptised wrongly, then must rebaptised as shown in Acts 19:5. Note in Ephesian 4:4-6, "one Spirit", the Spirit is a noun, not Holy Spirit.
