Frank,

You mention only one verse - that of Christ saying that He has not ascended to the Father and one incident, Thomas touching the scars of Jesus. That is supposed to show that He went down to Sheol or Hades?! How is that so, Frank?

I asked you before: does the phrase "Jesus descended into hell" mean, to you, He died or He died AND went down into Sheol or Hades? You said that it was significant that Jesus went into Sheol or Hades. So, the statement means for you Jesus died AND went into Hades.

My question is: what then is the significance of Him going into Hades? I believe that Jesus must die in order to procure our salvation but must He also go into Hades? What's He doing there?

Can you cut the ad hominem and irrelevant remarks and come straight to this point please, Frank?

Christopher
