and losing one of your eternal crowns..."

Dear Chris, In case you thought its me, who argue without inserting Emmanuel, my name. Its not me. Holy Communion of Saints. Saints are who, who are Saints? They are not considered dead in Christian sense, but alive with Christ in the heavenly glory. We send them our request in prayers depending on which field, what kind of patron Saint they are,eg, St Anthony of Padua, a healer, a preacher and some for business, maybe to you it sounds a bit paganic, haha. He died at a young age of 36, Jesus from the crucifix hung on the wall in his ward really appeared reall before him and touched him on his head, that was seen by some sisters! Image of St Anthony is always a gentle Franciscan Monk carrying the Holy Infant Jesus holding a stalk of Lily in his hands. We are taught to imitate their good and acceptable way of living according to God's will. Don't you think that Mother Teresa is a good, very very good example to follow? In her life as a Roman Catholic, her main 3 principles are , Faith, Perseverance and Charity. In this special she evangelised with her other sisters to the sick and paralysed, poor and helpless. We only ask for intercession in prayers from Saints, though they are not in this world, their presence are always with us, because they are not separated from us, from death. When 2 or 3 are gathered and prayed, Christ is in our midst. The 2 or 3 may include the Saints. Hope that my simple infomation can let you understand a bit of our Church, I do not have links to anywhere or a verse really to explain, this is merely just my knowledge and understanding, but you would like to know more, give me sometime to gather some infomation and supporting scriptures for you, Chris/. Thankyou and God bless! In His Fullest Glory, Emmanuel |
