Dear Emmanuel, This is what some call "cut & paste theology." It is when several verses of Scripture are taken out of context to prove a preconcieved notion or doctrine. This technique is one of the weakest forms of hermeneutics used for exegesis. I am not arguing the validity of the Prayer but the method used to prove it is "biblical." One can use this "cut & paste" technique to prove anything from the bible and then say it is "biblical." Do you get my point ? Your Brother in Christ Bill
