Can we pluck Bible verses from various parts, construct a prayer and then say the prayer is biblical?

Bill, I mean plucking......not any how la. Its done from the commitee and of course not anyhow pluck and join and conclude meanings like cloze passages adding and guessing. The whole committee have to gather and discuss about the verses and the final one chosen after prayers shall be prompted by the Holy Spirit and used to teach the younger generation. As you know, as the gerenation grows, human's thinking changes, people in the past are not mainly educated, do not base everything on Science and Scientist for proof os existence on anything, they need a guide for whatever things they do. We are gifted in this newer generation and most of us today especially in Singapore are educated, we have intelligience and self-believing mind. we argue and even learn to challenge our teacher in school, thats how we learn more and gain while the teacher must be patient and answer our challenging requests. Well, most of the older Christians and Catholics are not like us nowadays, full of spirit driven in us. I am speaking only in my own point of view and not based on any biblical or sriptural form now. But the changing world today and in the past, where agricultural parables are taught by Christ, mainly farmers, merchants, monarchy rule most part of the earth. There is no right and wrong praying on the verses from bible, if there is , may the Holy Spirit guide us with his Light, as in the bible, nothing is stated about plucking verses from bible and composing into prayers is wrong.
