There is really a chain of authority in the early churches and Liberalism is defeating the beautiful plan of God in Churches today, I can show you a prophecy of outbreaking of liberalism in churches tday, read Acts 20:30-31. ++What chain of authority are you talking about? Where’s that being taught? If you think there’s really a chain of authority, think about who’s the least in the Kingdom of God in Jesus’ eyes. Acts 20:30 is not just about liberalism, it’s about false teachers that lead people away from the true God. I can see that you are burning in fire over my responses, relax brother! ++Who’s burning? My response was directed to those statements you made, not to you. I have no anger at all when I wrote those words. Maybe I should have peppered them to sound nicer. We are now in to debate interpretations and rights in church, not protecting our doctrines. In the books of Kings 1 and 2, the Lord revealed to us what kind of rulers with authorities are we to recognise, and the consequences of their misacts, but defying authorities is not encourage by God, for all authorities come from no where but the one above only, Romans 13:1-2. ++Romans 13 talks about civil authority. You are not interpreting Scriptures rightly. You are equating clerical authority with civil authority, something the NT did not do. The RCC throughout history has always commingled ecclesiastical authority with state authority, resulting in many unpleasant events out of this unholy alliance. |
