Thank you to the two who sent me information. Christopher's was particularly helpful in a broad way- ie in categorising the "Waves". Found a fourth 'Wave' somewhere else- in the 'convergence movement'....ie the Charismatic Episcopal Church (CEC) http://www.iccec.org/main.htm and the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches (CEEC) http://www.theceec.org/ .....
