Below is Brenton's Translation which corresponds to Verse 31. 

 

 

"And I will pour out my wrath upon thee , I will blow upon thee with   the fire of my wrath, and I will deliver thee into the hands of  barbarians, skilled in working destruction."

 

Here is my rendering in intelinear format.

 

 

And   (I will)      pour  out             upon            thee         anger            my              in          vapor/fire

kai                      ekcheo                epi               se           orgen           mou            en              puri

 

 

 

anger          my              blow             upon          thee        and       deliver             thee       into     

orges          mou        emphuseso         epi             se           kai       paradoso           se         eis                     

 

 

 

(the)   hands         (of)  barbarous            skilled           (in working)  destruction 

          cheiras               barbaron           tektainonton                        diaphthoran
