Dear Bill,
Thanks for the work. After studying the passage again, I realised I was misled by the parallel layout of the LXX and NASB in the Unbound Bible. It appeared that verses 28-32 of the LXX have been translated while 33-37 have been left out. That is not true.
The LXX has 5 more verses than our English Bibles but it isn't the case that the English bibles translated only the first 32 verses of the LXX. The English bibles' Ezekiel 21:28-32 actually correspond to the LXX's Ezekiel 21:33-37. Hence, verse 36 of the LXX is in fact translated in verse 31 of the English bibles. I am not sure if verses 28-32 of the LXX have been translated earlier in the chapter in the English bibles. This will need more translation.
