Dear Bill,
Thanks for the link. Actually I am aware of the site and has in fact gone through quite a few links there. Apparently, it is finished only up to either 500 or 600 pages I recall. The stats read 6 of 1140 pages finished. (1%) 37 of 1140 corrected. 44 of 1140 proofread. 8 of 1140 with ThML markup. Looks like they still have quite a bit to go. Anywhere I have the Online Bible and I have got both the LXX and the Analysed LXX (morphologically parsed) and I found out that they also have an English translation. I couldn't find the info on this English translation but I think it is most probably Brenton's. So in the ONline Bible, I have both the Greek (even the parsed) and English. I have also downloaded a Greek only (no accents) version from the Unbound Bible. I am getting (hopefully) a tranliterated version from Peter Ballard who downloaded it from CCAT. That would be useful for quoting online if the Greek font is unavailable. Thanks again. It seems that I have all I need for now except for that nagging problem of matching the correct verses in the LXX to the English ones. I'm interested in getting BibleWorks 4.0. DO you know anything about this? It seems that they do not ship outside US. I might need your help if I decide to get it. Is that possible? Regards, CHristopher

I think that sites on the Vatican II Council and library may help in translation. (eom) by Emmanuel, 2001, Aug 10
