Chris, Regarding the site. Yes, the text conversion is incomplete but you can see both English and Greek (original) of the entire LXX if you click on scanned image at the top of any page. About Bible Works 4.0. It is probably the best available. I will be glad to help in any way I can. It may be that I can find a used (but legal) package with license of an older version can can be upgraded for half the price.
