Enjoy... But remember
"Don't give in to winning the argument
and losing one of your eternal crowns..."

I concur with the previous message, that all food is edible, since it comes out of the body, but if I'm not mistaken, it (scripture) goes further to explain that we must think of other's conscience before we choose to eat. The gist of it is that we all have different levels of faith. Some have weak and some have strong levels. The weaker ones, according to the bible, may think that eating food offered to idols are unclean. So the stronger ones shouldn't eat the food in front of them, if not the weaker ones will eat it, but not in faith, since they think it's wrong. Anything not done in faith is sin, right? Well, basically, don't be self centred if not someone else is gonna stumble. Yours Truly, Eng Poh |
