I know that people have left, most left quietly, but I am not aware of such a high figure. My previous zone supervisor choose to step down quietly before leaving for another church. I guess it is very difficult for them to explain their decision to move on,as over the years they have brought many to Christ and into the membership of this church. It will be difficult to now tell your flock that you no longer share the vision.
We use to have a pastor who oversees the cells in our area, most of us found him a very likeable and sincere man of God who was very approachable. Sadly, for many of us he has also left. Most members would just make a comment here and there but not many will stand up to make a point.
In the mist of all our over zealous activities, maybe it will be good for us to stop and listen to the heartbeat of God for a while.
