Dear Tuck, And another image from asian feminist theology that I appreciated much was the imaging of Mary, after years of seeing her in her lourdes blue or byzantine red/blue combo - here we have a feisty young girl who challenged all male-oriented perception of women - girl, inferior, less intelligent, unmarried yet with child, crying out 'he has turned away the proud empty! he has exalted the humble and weak'. call her a commie! ++ Can you specify more on this area? he has turned away...who?
