Dear all, 1st, I agreed with Royston upon the equal rights for women..The problem was and is, God's word is valid all the time, past, history and future til eternal life, for paul's word is inspired by God, Scripture is applicable to all generations of people, for it is the order of God for the descendants of Eve, the female, to obey Man at all cost, I refer you to another reading from the Letter of St Paul to the Ephesians, 5:21-33. Here is talked more on marriage, indeed this only describe a little bit of women's role in a convenant of marriage, being equal to Christ as the Bridegroom and His Church as His Bride. "Wives should regard their husbands, as they regard the Lord, since Christ as the Head of the Church and saved the whole body, so is a Husband the Head of His wife; and as the Church submits to Christ, so should wives to their Husbands in EVERYTHING.
