Dear ES,
The fact i am talking about is that Devils do keep some books cut off for the knowledge of human application to be thru the ages, more else, Celibacy is freewill, not enforced by the word of God, nor against. Tell me how do a pastor preach freely with a zeal peace of mind having his wife quarrel over something before Sunday service? Abstinence from meat is a discipline training for those who are try to fast, not a rule of traditions again, again I stress, we take words from God, that the words are in two category, "Theory" in the Bible, "Practical" or "Orally" passed down by the apostolic succession, that in the Apostles' creed, where do you compare with "Jesus went to hell before he was resurrected"? Can you find this in the bible or will you say that the Apostles' Creed is unbiblical? To support my stand in this critical point of defense in the Catholic Bible and Faith I will give you some verses to quote below:

-Paul says that much Christian teaching is to be found in the tradition that is handed down by the word of "Mouth" (2 Tim 2:2) "Oral Words"

-He instructs us to "stand fast, and hold on to the traditions which you have learned, whether by Word or by our EPISTLE". (2 Th 2:15)

-The Church, in the presence of the apostles, was given the authority to teach by Christ; the Church would be his stand in. "Go, therefore, making disciples of all nations" (Mat 28:19)

-We are told that the 1st Christians "were persevering in the doctrines of the Apostles (Acts 2:42) "Oral Tradition"

After all, God, speaking thru' Isaiah, promised a living voice in the church that Christ would establish:" This is my convenant with them, says the Lord: My spirit is upon you, and my words that I put in your mouth, shalt not depart out of your mouth, nor out of mouth of your children, nor out of mouth of your children's children, says the Lord, from now until forever"(Is 59:21)

How was this to be done? By preaching, by oral instruction:" See how faith comes from hearing, and hearing thru' Christ's word" (Rom 10:17). The Church would always be available as the Living teacher. It is a mistake to limit Christ's word to the written word only or to suggest that all his teachings were reduced to writing. The Bible nowhere supoorts either notion.

-It is necessary that Christians believe in and follow this Tradition( Not the Pharisees and Sadducees, but the Apostles) as well as the Bible. ( LK 10:16 )

Pax Christi,

Emmanuel
