Hi,
Yes, when we are clothed with the Righteousness of Christ, we change our label from sinner to saint. But we are still aware of our "sinnerhood" though we have become saints just like Apostle Paul. LET THE SAINTS MARCH IN AND BE COUNTED IN THE LORD'S ARMY! Have you ever heard of Christians who used to say things like, "I aint(am not) gonna make it"; "I aint gonna succeed"; "I aint gonna survive", etc. And they are the blessed saints or as you like it, "aints". Let's learn from Apostle Paul who says in Phil 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." He has learned how to be abound and to be abased in whatever situation and location. He has learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. Let's not bemoan our present situation or predicament; let's lift up our heads to our reliable and dependable SUPPLIER who is "THE LORD WHO PROVIDES," OUR JEHOVAH JIREH! Now, hear the word of the Lord. The Lord hates religious acts.It is evil in His sight. In the time of prophet Isaiah the Jewish people followed their religious celebrations to the letter. They showed up at the right time, sacrificed the right amount, and offered many prayers. But when they left the temple, it was as if they left God there. Let's translate it to our times. Do we ever think that our responsibility to God begins and ends with going to church and giving an offering? If we have this attitude, we are more a burden to God than a blessing. We're not accomplishing the tasks that are important to Him - doing good; seek justice; rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless; plead for the widow (Isa 1:17). May I submit to you that these are the RIGHTEOUS ACTS OF THE SAINTS. In Christ,
