Hi Truelight, Your understanding of living/saving faith, which must go hand in hand with works, is taken from James, not Romans. Jas 2:26 “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” I had shown you that a person must trust in the finished work of God alone to be saved and a person once saved at the point of belief is eternally secure.
