Hi LBS, Not emphasising that I adhere to Bruce's teachings, but having researched Scriptures, I find that Bruce's teachings is revealing what the Holy Spirit wishes to speak to the Church. As for the expounding portion, simply put, I do not wish to explain someone else's stand, for I might misrepresent Bruce's teachings, hence, it be better for you to spend time reading his book, before making too quick an assessment on the situation. Honestly speaking, just ignore this posting, if you are uncomfortable with this issue of believer rooted in Christ with no fruits to show for, are disciplined by God to bear some fruit, instead of the usual idea that this person with no fruits, will be removed from the Vine. |
