Like I have mentioned earlier. Your gift is in teaching of the Word of God.

Why do I say so? When we cannot operate in where our gifts are, within the Body of Christ, we will feel uneasy and feel that we have not contributed enough. Hence, when your heart aches with the fact that you unable to share in your joy of impartation of the Word of God to your fellow brothers and sisters, it is a clear sign to me that your gift is in teaching. Likewise, for myself and my Senior Pastor recognises it at quite an early stage of my ministry with my Senior Pastor.

Interested is right that the only places where you might feel more at home in is, Methodism or Anglican, from what you have described. However, because the issue we are dealing here is man, not God. There is bound to be disapprovals at times. One needs to be able to not focus on them, while serving God in his ministry.

Methodism is undergoing a spiritual revival. And this spiritual revival will occur from within: pew-warmers. After all, our churches are relatively older than most other denominational churches in Singapore, in terms of history. And through Singaporean Church history, God has brought about several revivals within Methodism with each season of rising leaders. Hence, another one is soon to come, because of our present generation that is rising within our ranks.

Do drop by one of our churches by going to our main Methodist website, to check out individual church addresses: www.methodist.org.sg

God bless you in your search for peace with Him,
royston
