Just to clarify:

read this bit that ES wrote carefully:

Jesus do not have problems with sinner...sin don't grieve him ..that's why he came..self effort and self rightrous people does grieve him and the Holy Spirit..not sin ( read the word also in its context and you will find the word comes alive for you)

ES says: "self effort and self rightrous people does grieve him and the Holy Spirit..not sin "

clear to me that ES says that it is the self effort that grieves the Holy Spirit and sin does not.....
