Hi ES, You said, "99.9999999% of the believer do not understand the gospel pertaining to their daily life and blessing." I don't think the percentage is as high as that. Those of us who are faimiliar with Evangelical Christianity know what the Old Gospel is. The Modern Gospel only began to infiltrate the historical churches here, about 20 over years ago and so there are still lots of people in the churches who know the Old Gospel. However I can understand your point of view if you happen to be constantly bombarded with the Modern Gospel. You will tend to see the whole world filled with nothing but the Modern Gospel. Hence, your very high percentage which is almost a 100%. As far as I am concernced I don't care. The Gospel I believe in is still the Old Gospel which is "Nothing in my hands I bring, Simply to Thy cross I cling". Oh btw, by calling yourself ES, I take it that you believe that you, in no way, can loose your salvation i.e. you are eternally secure in Christ. Cheers. |
