It is difficult to understand from human perspective as we are used to think of the sum of 1+1+1 = 3 and not 1. Can we understand that 1 Person (Father God) + 1 Person (Son of God) + 1 Person (Holy Spirit) = 3 Persons = ONE GOD and not 3 GODS (Deut 6:4; Mk 12:29). This understanding, however, would not have been apparent to the people of OT. It is revealed in the NT. Whether it is Trinity or Oneness, are we really saying the same thing? I hope so. Are we creating divisions? I like to think not. Is it a preference in terminology? I hope so. In Him,
