God did not gave the 10 commandments so that we can obey them.. He gave us the 10 commandments to show us how high His standard is and how inadequate you are to meet them.. Do I respect the laws of God ? too much..so much so that I know that I can't obey a single one of them. Does that mean that we don't obey any laws of God anymore.. ?No.. I obey thru Christ. Only can and He did.. His approval by God is our approval.. His acceptance before God is our acceptance.. Our focus is in his obedience and rest in his perfect obedience before God.. If he made it, so did we as he represent us.. Did I fulfill the 10 commandment everyday ? ..yes..because Jesus represent me before the Father.. Then why do I still sin ? ..the sin is in the flesh..which is not redeemed yet..we will receive this new body when He comes again.. We still fall..what I am saying is that your falling or failure will not stop God's blessing on your life.. because God blesses you based on Jesus Work..not your works.. whether Good or Bad.. (Read roman 3 - 10 carefully.. try New Living Translation if you are using King james as old english can be a bit deep. ) That's why I say there is no more law for the believer to obey (I am not talking about law of the land.. if you speed and get caught..u better be ready to pay the fine :)) to have favour with God..jesus is good enough.. That is why the bible say this is the NEW Covenent. Old covenent is you get what you deserved, what you earn. New Covenent - you get it because Jesus paid the full price for it.. He is my qualification to stand before God without feeling condemned or inferior. My Faith is rest in Jesus' total obedience to the Father .. that's why I can rest... I don't have to do anything for God to bless me.. There is nothing else for me to do save to share this "GOOD GOOD NEWS" to all and knowing this truth will make me a very busy man.. seeking the Word to find out more about what Jesus did for me..at the same time, fulfilling the demands that "I must read the bible " and " share the gospel " without even knowing it.. Under the law, Jesus said : if you deny me before man, I will deny you before the Father. " Under the NEW, NEW, NEW covenent, there is forgiveness for every and any sin..no sin is too great for God.. In Christ, I fulfill the law unconsciouly.. But for those who think there is another way.. their walk is hard ( sign of a curse) and they will never know what God wants for their lives as he seems to move in "mysterious ways", because God already said in hebrews " There is no more scarifice for sin" that means there is no more sacrifice for God's approval and acceptance if you reject Jesus' sacrifice.. His scarifice is not just for your soul salvation for for all areas of blessing and breakthrough that you need in this life. Actually, it is very easy to understand the laws of God..but to know how God operates in such grace to bless us really require revelation.. Even Peter didn't get it.. he says what Paul preached is a bit difficult to understand but because ofthe fruits, he endorsed it.. Result of such belief ? a lot and plenty.. I am in discussing with a brother concerning testimonies now..I will share some very mind boggling testimonies that even if man wants to take credit for it, we can't because it is so God... Bottom line: God is gooder than you can even imagine and all you need is stop trying and just received.. lack holiness, just received...lack wisdom, just received.. and you will find the what Jesus said is true : " my yoke is easy and my burden is light" Just enjoy Him... :)
