if someone were to use the names like Ahab quite often in his postings and illustrations and then wrote to you something on "questionable character" using "you" in the preceding and the same sentence, when the rest of the pronouns in the same paragraph are in "we", how would you feel??? When reprimanded just to change "you" to "we",...does it still make any sense? The writer merely add more confirmation to what he's trying to say in the first place.
Notice i'm turning the genders around. That might help you brothers to see more clearly and be much more careful when using names of people in the Bible, especially when you know the gender of the person you are writing to. Perhaps he should really study what it means to live by the Law instead of by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
