A knowledge of the different views on santification is absolutely vital if one doesn't want to be confused by the moderen preachers. A careful study of the different views is of supreme importance for all who are anxious. Ultimately one has to decide which view is the closest to the Scriptures. This in not easy and may take a long time depending on one's knowledge, experience and the kind of brains one is gifted with. The most important thing is not to swallow everything one's hears from the modern preachers. May cause serious psychological problems, (neurosis), especially if one has no assurance of one's salvation. Cheers. |
