I do not want to debate with you but rather to reason with you from the Holy Scriptures that brand of Christianity that can turn the heads of people to the Lord Jesus who Himself seek to create this new creation by indwelling us and sanctify us with the implanted Word of God. I really understand your inner searching for the truths that liberate.
You see, as the Word of God gets implanted in our lives and as we obey Him we are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit indwelling us. It is not a matter of dos and donts like the Pharisees who substituted the word of God with the commandments of men. Do you see that we need to have the inner change of heart to effect the word of God in our lives as expounded by our Lord Jesus in Mk 7:13-23. Maybe we are saying the same things but put it differently. In essence, what our Lord Jesus says is that all human efforts to live the godly, holy life is futile without an inner change of heart which is made possible by receiving Jesus as our Saviour and Master. Because He is coming for a "Bride, spotless and without wrinkle," we are to be challenged and to continually receive and be implanted with the Word of God to be effective to save our souls (Mk 7:13; Js 1:21) Because of Jesus,
