You say: I have lose hundreds of thousands of dollars through sin consciousness and the lack of understanding of grace.
May I know what do you mean by "sin consciousness"? This may sound good, but what does it mean. Are you talking of knowledge of sin? Or "When God forgives, it's time for us to forget". We need to know what the Bible says about "sin and the child of God" to be living in victory over sin. Can you further elaborate how you lose hundreds of thousands of dollars through sin consciousness? Do you mean you lose money like the prodigal son who lived wantonly and squander away his inheritance in loose living? I am just wondering what you are trying to say. Are you seeking to do a cover up under the cloak of such phraseology? If you are called to be an undershepherd, you do well to take heed of God's word in 1 Pet 5:2-4 (NKJV)
Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly;
nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;
and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away. As overseers, we need to be good examples to the flock of God. What we preach, we do. What we do, we preach. My Senior Pastor always says, "The preachers' lives should not only be above reproach, but should be above suspicion." I am beginning to suspect that when you are not wanting to talk about sin (sin consciousness), it is because you have to examine self to be delivered from ensnared sin. I stand corrected. Because of Jesus,
