I think it is rather obvious yr line of questioning is for the good of the Church of Jesus Christ. However, just based on some churches reactions' (usually from churches that have not been touched in the same way and therefore the strong assertions that the other churches must have fallen into deception) as to how other churches can allow the Holy Spirit to move in their midst in such a way and conclude that the WHOLE thing is not of God, is not necessarily wise.
In revival meetings some of these things may happen :- 1) The people usually were usually first brought to a higher intensity of hunger for the Presence of God by prayers in seeking for more of God way ahead before perhaps years, prior to the services, the worship or the Preacher's/Revivalists messages or it could be just God's sovereign timing for that church/area. 2) The meetings may later became seemingly disruptive because of people's reactions to the Presence of the Holy Spirit's (if He did come in the midst) workings in their hearts...eg the cryings, moanings or deep laughter, joyful expressions resulting in freedom to dance or jumping, some may find themselves shaking uncontrollably but which can also still can be stopped when the one in charge of the service direct the service to another level eg praying or calling for an altar call. 3) Even during the same series of revival meetings, people in the congregation who were oppressed by demons can also manifest and be in need of deliverance. Then there may also be in the midst those who are just psychologically influenced and who will react in the midst of presence of the strong emotions of those touched deeply by His Presence, bringing attention to themselves instead but are not really influenced by the Holy Spirit or the devil. 4) There also can be cases whereby the enemy can take over a meeting. This can happen when there is strife among the leaders or sins in the church not dealt with. Or it can be a spiritual backlash to the revival that has began. But it need not be necessary every meeting is open to the enemy full sway unless the church begins to turn away in not living in obedience to what Christ is speaking to the church through the Holy Spirt during the revivals. 5) People can still fall into deception by chasing after the experiences instead of seeking the Lord Jesus Christ Himself for more of His Presence in the Church. Not necessarily the whole church goes into deception everytime you get some manifestations from the enemy. 6) Judging churches that are in revivals by the outward appearances of what took place, based soley in terms of the manifestations, can lead to false conclusion. What if God is doing a mighty work in the hearts of the people by touching them deeply in their innermost core of their being and emotionalism is an early byproduct. What about the messages the Holy Spirit is bringing back to the church not just of in terms of spiritual blessings (including blessings of being persecuted or going through tribulations in this life eg 2 Cor 1:3-11) in Christ available but also of warnings from returning back to the humanistic way of having church, whereby church management principles runs the church rather than hearing the Word as given by the Spirit through the pastors & ministers in the church or through laymen participations via the Spiritual gifts, to the Church (1 Cor 2:1-16; Rev 2:7,11,17,29,5,13,22) and learning what it means to walk in the spirit as led by the Spirit of God (Gal 5:25) and of Christ being the Head of the church whereby we are to grow up in all aspects to the full stature fo His fullness. (Eph 4:11-16). One will have to be in that particular church for sometime ( perhaps months/years) to judge whether the whole move is of God or not, not just by hearing one or 2 testimonies or reports from a 3rd party or even a church that has yet to go through the same events, who may be just confused by the manifestations in the first place.
