I may agree with two of the possibilities but the 2nd and 4th possibilities need qualification for there is no chance that the devil can stand against or hide when the power of the Holy Spirit is present.
As you know, there are many instances of complete deliverance with the finger of God recorded in the Gospels for eg, the healing of the epileptic child and the demon-possessed man of Gadarenes, etc. I have also watched true videos of Christian Ministry and in the evangelistic meetings there are demonic manifestations but at the end of the gospel presentation and prayers, those who were demonised came on stage to testify of the healing power of God. Why are we missing the garden of enjoying God's power and blessings for the evil tree and stay outside in doubt or skepticism or criticism.
