They are also Bible believing, redeemed by His blood, christians who hold to different views from charismatics, concerning what are the workings of the Holy Spirit that's all.
You can read this website, check with the Word for yourself first and then check the teachings/testimonies from the charismatics and the anti-charismatics (not using a derogative term here, just showing the opposing views they have)on both sides of the camp.
