Ok Is there casting of lots after this incident in the book of Acts?

Perhaps we can consider that the early apostles have to still cast lots (a common practice from OT times from what you've quoted), is because they have not yet received the Holy Spirit for guidance regarding the ways and life of the early Church. Acts 1 incident occurred just right before the Day of Pentecost.
