is that you did not explain the word "longsuffering" but rather fix your eyes on "vessels of wrath fitted to destruction". As I have explained that it shows God's willingness to show mercy and not His desire to destroy these "vessels of wrath" for it is God's desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance. I believe they are given opportunities time and again to embrace God's mercy but they choose to experience His wrath. The Bible says they are without excuse and they have no cause to blame God. But you have insinuated in your posting that God fixed who is to be destroyed which I cannot agree. I can agree that He has perfect knowledge of our decisions and we make our own decisions whether to be saved or to be destroyed.
