But that is besides the point.
Since God knows and in reality it WILL without fail ACTUALLY happen ONLY in 1 way, AND, SINCE GOD also ACTUALLY KNOWS WHICH WAY it IS, IT CAN only be ONE way. That is what led me to believe that the future is fixed.! The point is that IT DOES NOT SEEM like it to us! To let you understand further, Do you know that there is Nothing that God does not know ? For Him, it is like watching a movie in which He knows Every Next move......Think about How boring that is from OUR perspective ? But God still does it ... Why ? Becuase He loves us. Regarding your probability example, It is correct, and as I said inmy other post, EVEN though the future is FIXED, We still are responsible for our choices ! Think of the root system of a large tree. If the given choices for me are 10(example), I have the choice of taking ANY one of them or not making ANy choice. BUT In reality, I Will actually take 1 out of the 10 choices or no choice at all. God Knows which one. The sheer fact that He knows which choice it is ( say choice #4 ), makes it that the choice is already FIXED ! My point is not that we have no choice, but that the future is Fixed and that it does not sees so to us. -JD36
