Hullo, We are to confess our sins to Almighty God only, through Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord. You don't have to tell it to anybody else unless it is something you have done against that person. If it is a private sin or secret sin then we have to confess it with the intention of not doing it again. But we can still fail with all the best intentions in the world. If anyone says he has no sin he deceives himself. When we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive our sins. But you have to beware of modern christianity which produces a sense of guilt all the time, no matter how many times you confess your sins to God. This can result in some unhealty problems of the mind. Bye Bye:
