Take it one step at a time. At every step, take a deep breath and tell yourself you must move forward. Whatever the outcome may be. Life must and life will go on. Things may not be as bad as they are. The initial shock is always most horrific. Once your emotions settle down, you'll be able to face your troubles. Give yourself and your wife time. All the best.
