HELP ! Elder care support needed

Hie!
Looking for advice/ christian support groups/ counsellors/ to help me cope with my elderly mum. i am the only breadwinner with 2 elderly parents. still independent but showing signs of depression , physical fraility. Getting forgetful also. could be a lack of stimulating acty at home. we all work and she is home alone most of the time. is there any afternoon care program for senior citizens how about nursing homes? anyone knows any social agencies to refer to? also health and diet tips for elders? thanks rina
