Are your parents saved? Just concerned because it will be less burdensome for you if they had received the salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ. There's a ministry called Parent Care by Rev Oh Beng Kee for helping christians to bring their parents to the Lord. Perhaps you can try calling this number : 7371994. They organise evanglistic lunch or tea for the senior adults regularly.
Placing yr mum in nursing home may be not really necessary unless she needs nursing aids. If its just depression, a church with good senior adults fellowship is a better choice for yr parents will have a small group of christian friends and the Word of God and the prayers of the saints to support them both spiritually and emotionally. Please do take care of yrself too. Just some thots.
