One Another

The Bible contains many "one another" passages, which means that every believer has a responsibility to admonish, warn, rebuke, correct one another etc, albeit with different measures of diligence and effectiveness. Yet the Bible also expects elders (matured and seasoned believers in the Lord, which hopefully we will all grow up to be) to be able to refute and discern false teachings. What this means is that those who have been with the Lord for a long time ought to be able to teach the young ones, who would in turn teach others too and carry on the same work. If you sense the Lord leading you in this direction, by all means go ahead! You need no approval or endorsement by anyone other than the Spirit's leading. God has given to us measures of grace for the work of the church. In your personal capacity, you can admonish and teach others, while at the same time ensuring that you yourself are also learning from those who have gone before you in this area. There is a lot of responsibility required in such a work, requiring a critical mind and most importantly, keen spiritual discernment. There is no need to incorporate a CRI or any form of visible organisation to counteract false teaching in the church, though there is nothing to stop you from doing that.
