I think some points I made were mis-understood by you. Or maybe I was not very clear.
No, I do not mean "involving" to mean, reading or buying books of such nature. I have done it myself. second, when it comes to HP books, as I said many times before I read/critisize them but will not let my kids to read without proper explanation or guidence. I think up to this we agree. Now, about glorifying God, You have a lot to say. What I mean is we should not involve ourselves ( see aboue for meaning of involve ) in what God has specifically told us not to be involved. God saya very clearly that we should not be involved with a person who practices witchcraft, spells..etc In fact He says have nothing to do with it.... So, My simple logic is that God is not pleased with us if we do, even after knowing this.....( remember, not reading...!) This is enough for me to be very cautious...... If we do not listen to Him in this, we are Not Glorifying God. You talk about STimes..etc.... Does not come into picture as I said simply reading it will not be involvement per se...But what do we do After that...that is the real question...... -JD BTW: eating cheese is definitely NOT glorifying God.!
